Well said. And expressing the confusing, contradictory response to our current leadership and governing bodies alike. We are in a mess. Backbone and guts are missing on all sides. Heads too. Without them, where and in which direction are we going?

Couldn't describe our current depressing reality any clearer. I especially like #21; hadn't thought of it that way. By no means an easy task, but a similar list of ways we might get ourselves out of this demoralizing predicament would give us a glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel ... if there are any. It's so sadly disappointing to see principled leadership buckling to values unworthy of themselves and their companies.

I wrote a letter to Trump. I’m pretty proud of it. I hope it finds him. Would love for you to check it out.

A thoughtful note from the heart, April. Thanks for sending it. I think many people would agree with your concerns, frustrations and hopes.

Thank you for your kind words. I’ve gotten back lash from both Trump and Non Trump fans.

What makes me sad is that it’s because I didn’t resort to name calling or being hateful, like others want to be. Or I was “too mean”. I just pointed out the facts, and used the words he, himself, spoke. It’s not a hate letter. More so a wake up call.

Take comfort in the fact that you're seeing a set of facts on the ground, naming inconsistencies, and calling for an accounting. Not everyone will love it. It takes courage. I've found in life that if your heart and mind are in a good place, you'll end up in a good place too.
